Learning Support Assistants required for Cardiff

Staffroom Education are seeking enthusiastic, friendly and flexible Learning Support Assistants to work within Primary Schools in the Cardiff area. We have day to day positions as well as long term assignments which will commence immediately. Learning Support Assistants required for a Secondary School in Cardiff

We are looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to work within secondary schools in the Cardiff area. The role of the Teaching Assistant itself is quite varied as you will be required to carry out general LSA duties within the classroom as well as helping within their Autism or Behavioural Unit.

The successful candidate must have experience of working with KS3 and KS4 as well as children or young adults who are on the autistic spectrum. You will also be required to work with children with challenging behaviour, so experience in this field would be an advantage. You must have good subject knowledge as you will be asked to move between different classes as well as excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
