English Teacher

Staffroom Education are currently shortlisting a Teacher of English for a school in the Monmouthshire, starting immediately and will be full-time until the end of the academic year. We welcome applications from both NQT’s and fully qualified English specialists. The person specification for this role recommends a determined and passionate subject Teacher with the ability to develop, encourage and inspire learning at their core.

Applicants will need a first-class subject knowledge across all Key Stages, excellent classroom management strategies and a passion for raising student expectations and achievement.  It is essential to have the ability to build strong working relationships with staff and pupils. All applicants should remain up to date with educational developments and changes whilst undertaking the role and be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection.
