Modern Foreign Languages Teacher

An opportunity has arisen for a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join the languages department in a secondary school in Newport. You will be creative, dedicated and able to teach French and Spanish. This role is due to start immediately and will be full-time until the end of the academic year. We welcome both experienced applicants as well as newly qualified candidates to the role and both are welcome to register for work.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a good subject knowledge and be able to manage the class within the school guidelines. It is essential for applicants to have a passion for raising student achievement and ensuring every student reaches their potential. The ability to build strong working relationships with staff and pupils and to be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection.
